The interiors of the atelier and his flat from 1942 to 1949
Vidović became especially fond of the motifs related to the interior of his atelier and flat during the Second World War when he stopped visiting his former atelier. He found inspiration between the walls of his home but that did not last long.
Because of his refusal to exhibit his works at the Italian Dalmatia Exhibition, in 1942 the authorities made him move from his large bright home into a smaller one, located in today’s Matoševa Street.
