The stair-case walls between the ground-floor and the first floor – Posters from Vidović’s exhibitions
The walls of the staircase between the ground and first floors, as well as the ones between the first and the second floor, have been used to display posters for Vidović’s exhibitions. They are of interest not just because they provide information about particular exhibitions by the painter, but also because of their artistic rendering. Thus the poster announcing Vidović’s exhibition of 1921 made by Radovan Tommaseo, is one of the most valuable posters in Croatia dating from the Secession Period.
It is also worth mentioning the posters made by Jerolim Miše for Vidović’s 1937-exhibition, as well as by Ivan Picelj for the exhibition held in Zagreb’s Gallery of Contemporary Art in 1963.
