Architect Željko Kovačić’s project for the reconstruction, renovation and conversion of the building into the Vidović Gallery, gives the house at the Silver Gate a contemporary life and imbues it with the spirit of the painter’s life and work, while at the same time respecting all its specific features as an architectural monument; this why special attention has been dedicated to the protection and (re)presentation of all its historical layers.
